Last November 2, we invited Naware’s friends and community to a themed dinner with Fondo Supper Club at Espacio La Hipoteca, in Madrid, Spain.

Fondo prepared a table set and menu based on Filipino culinary traditions and meal formats such as Kamayan style dining. Tables were dressed in banana leaves and paper lamps were hung from the ceiling beams.

The dinner included vegetarian options of iconic Filipino dishes such as Adobong or Ukoy. Each dish was paired with a Moscatel wine, as a hint to traditional mass wines used across the archipelago.
